Zoe Parkes

Physiotherapist

Zoe achieved her physiotherapy degree from The University of Birmingham, where she graduated with first-class honours in 2021. Following this she became a member of the HCPC and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Zoe has always had a keen interest in rehabilitation, working with patients to achieve their individualised goals. After graduating, Zoe worked on a rotational basis in a London-based hospital gaining vast experience in a range of areas across Physiotherapy. She spent the majority of her time working in a musculoskeletal department treating a range of injuries from sport to chronic pain while also leading exercise classes for lower back pain and early knee arthritis. Zoe had the opportunity to further her clinical knowledge through research and presentation of the link between neck pain and posture.

In addition to her training, Zoe successfully completed her Sports Massage Diploma and Sports Taping Course with an interest in using her hands-on skills in a private practice setting.

ln her spare time Zoe enjoys yoga, walking her dogs, going to the gym and cold water swimming.
